Josh Salinas is the program director of the mini ninja program here at Iron Sports as well as focuses on private lessons with children and adolescence.
ATHLETIC BACKGROUND : Josh was a competitive gymnast from the age of 8 until 17 years old. He also competed in competitive cheerleading from 17 till 19 years old. Now Josh spends majority of his time (when not coaching) focusing on training to be the next American Ninja Warrior.
COACHING EXPERIENCE : Josh first began coaching in 2007 at Cypress Academy of Gymnastics. He worked in boys & girls recreational programs, boys developmental team, and tumbling classes. In 2014 he began the mini ninjas program at Iron Sports after Sam Sann – his old gymnastics coach – reached out to him. Josh now has 10 years of experience coaching various age groups, programs, and skill levels.
