Iron Sports is different. It is a facility with a mission to help people reach their personal goals. It is a facility with a competent, experienced training staff from various backgrounds including sports medicine, boxing, self-defense, crossfit, body building, yoga and general fitness.
It is a facility where you can work on your own, in a group, or with positive, enthusiastic, professional trainers who listen to you and adjust training to meet your needs. You can get quick information about exercise as well as in-depth information regarding all aspects of staying healthy and reaching your goals.
2012 Finalist on American Ninja Warrior - He has personal trained those who are looking to lose weight and those who are looking to tone, build muscle, and build stamina the athletes way.
Tre has been in the fitness industry going on 10 years. Coming from the sports aspect of fitness Tre has trained in Track, Cross Country, Boxing, and Football. Tre has won 2 Golden Glove Championships and he has played college ball on scholarship and is now training and working with two professional tennis players and a Pro Boxer. He is Nationally Certified, and works with all ages sharing his love for fitness and health with others who have goals they plan to reach.
Cass has been in the fitness industry going on 8 years. Coming from the dance and group ex aspect of fitness Cass teaches ballet, hip hop for children and adult, contemporary, and fitness classes such as Belly Dance, Active Older Adult (AOA), and Zumba.
Along with Personal Training, Cass has worked for many years in teaching Dance and Fitness through the University of Houston as Director Assistant of UH Youth Program and the YMCA. Know Cass has opened a Youth Program for Summer and After School in the fall called The Beyond: A Dance & Fitness Co that offers a variety of dance, arts, and Fitness for our youth. Cass has worked with a wide variety of ages and loves to share her love for Fitness, Dance, and Health with everyone.
Duane Stevenson has been in the fitness field for 10+ yrs. He is nationally certified in fitness and has minored in diet in nutrition. Duane began his fitness journey in the nursing field working as an LVN/Physical Therapist assistant in a nursing home.
While he enjoyed helping elders stay healthy and active he found it very discouraging many was not getting much results due to their age. People noticing how fit he kept himself people begin to ask him to train them and even open doors for photo shoots as a fitness model. This became his motivation into the fitness field. As he begin to train others on how to workout and live a healthy lifestyle and see them get results and benefits he found it a lot more rewarding.
After becoming a certified trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. And completing courses in Health and Wellness with the National Association for Fitness he slowly moved full time to training. Today Duane manages a gym in west Houston as well as training clients at various other facilities, parks and homes where his services are needed.

James athletic background begins with his love of competitivesports on both the high school and collegiate levels in basketball, track, cross-country, soccer, and volleyball. His background also includes 5 years as a personal trainer for Bally total fitness. In addition James has had training in karate, boxing, tennis, crossfit and most recently Ninja training.James is a firm believer that to be your best and most athletic you have to be proficient in all disciplines.
“Don’t limit yourself to just one training regimen". James was a finalist on NBC’s 2012 American Ninja Warrior. He has also competed and excelled in many competitive events, including placing second in the 2012 Metro dash, the Super Spartan, and Spartan Sprint. James loves to teach and work with young people, which stems from his many years as a youth pastor. James has learned that within everyone there is always something more, having the desire and discipline to find it is up to you.
JONATHAN PARR, ACSM HFS, CSCS
Jonathan received his degree in Athletic Training from Texas State University-San Marcos. He is a certified ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist and NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Jonathan has an extensive background with neurological, and sport related injuries and has now transitioned into fitness-based rehabilitation and wellness.
Jonathan joined Iron Sports gym in 2014 where he has developed an intensive fitness-based rehabilitation program specific to neurological injuries that include spinal cord injuries and stroke using Ninja Warrior obstacle training methods.
He has worked extensively with semi-professional, collegiate, and high school athletes in the areas of strength and conditioning, coaching, and wellness.
Jonathan also offers programs that included sport specific training and injury prevention.
