Iron Sports staff can help you with strength training, sports performance, body shaping, post-rehabilitation exercise, endurance, strength and power and nutrition. The Iron Sports staff has expertise with running mechanics, structuring of training outside the gym, exercise for younger people specific concerns and older populations with concerns of arthritis. Iron Sports is owned and operated by the Sann family. Sam has been in fitness industry for more than 20 years. Sam takes health and fitness to a new level with his creative inginuety and design of Iron Sports.

Cass has been in the fitness industry going on 8 years. Coming from the dance and group ex aspect of fitness Cass teaches ballet, hip hop for children and adult, contemporary, and fitness classes such as Belly Dance, Active Older Adult (AOA), and Zumba.

Duane Stevenson has been in the fitness field for 10+ yrs. He is nationally certified in fitness and has minored in diet in nutrition. Duane began his fitness journey in the nursing field working as an LVN/Physical Therapist assistant in a nursing home.

James athletic background begins with his love of competitivesports on both the high school and collegiate levels in basketball, track, cross-country, soccer, and volleyball. His background also includes 5 years as a personal trainer for Bally total fitness.
