Mini Ninja Class (Ages 4-16)

The Mini Ninja program is created to give kids a fun approach to fitness as they work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, problem solving, and coordination as they overcome obstacles designed for their skill levels. Coached and programed by Iron Ninja Josh.

If your son or daughter has ever wanted a “taste” of what it takes to be an American Ninja Warrior and to be challenged my some of the obstacles off the show scaled down for their age and skill level this is it!

Age Range:

Mini Ninjas are from 4 to 16 years old. During each class students will be separated according to their age and skill level.


What to expect:

Class time: 1 hour 15 minutes


Obstacle Training:

-Obstacle courses can include running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance. Sometimes a course involves mental tests. we aim for building up to the full size American Ninja Warrior obstacles. We take every obstacle on American Ninja Warrior and prepare Mini Ninjas to conquer each course.



Parkour is a training discipline using movement developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from A to B in the most efficient way possible. This is done using only the human body and the surroundings for propulsion. The focus is on maintaining as much momentum possible while still remaining safe.

Freerunning is similar to parkour but consists of more flipping and creating a more visual art of movement using acrobatics.



-We include elements of gymnastics as well such as bar work, flipping, vaulting, and ring work which is specific to the mini ninja program. Skills that are fundamental in gymnastics consisting of handstands, front flips, back flips, pull overs on the bar, and many more skills as the athlete progresses.


Strength and Conditioning:

-The goal for Mini Ninjas is to build an over all body awareness with strength and conditioning. We provide challenging exercises that forces the body to adapt to unique situations. The end game is to apply the strength and conditioning to ones everyday life and of course ninja warrior obstacles.
