Par-kour : the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing.

To parkour is to be able to control your body and mind into one being, so that you can find a path quickly, and move your body in a way that the path can be followed into the next path you're given.

Looking for a social running group? We've got it! Get plugged in with other runners and fitness enthusiasts in our community, and get to know your fellow Iron Sport participants. It's run at your own pace progressive training. We start at 1.5-3 miles building up to 6-9. Meet sunday mornings 7AM at Cy-Champ Park trails.
