Because your core consists of several different muscle groups, there is no single exercise that can possibly train all the muscles in your core at once. In order to train your core muscles you need to follow a specific core training program that strengthens and stretches the right muscles to provide optimum balance in YOUR body. This class will do that.

Come and get in fighting shape with boxing at Iron Sports. Whether you are a professional, amateur, or a weekend warrior we will create a program to suit your goals. Learn proper stance, footwork, technique, and sparring/competition strategies. Coach will work with EVERYONE in the class. No students are overlooked regardless of class size.

Looking for a social running group? We've got it! Get plugged in with other runners and fitness enthusiasts in our community, and get to know your fellow Iron Sport participants. It's run at your own pace progressive training. We start at 1.5-3 miles building up to 6-9. Meet sunday mornings 7AM at Cy-Champ Park trails.
